After meeting 3 different agents with the intention of selling my flat, I chose allen and harris, Alexandra Parade. David from this branch presented himself so well, was enthusiastic and had a reassuring warmth to him. After the initial meeting, another agent from the branch, Ross Elliott, dealt with all aspects of the viewings and any enquiries I had. I found Ross to be the consummate professional and a joy to deal with. Any emails I sent him were answered promptly and he always ensured I was happy with the response he gave. Nothing was any bother to him, he was always so cheery whenever I spoke with him too. In customer facing jobs, you can send people on courses to say and do and say the right thing but they still lack the qualities that simply cannot be taught. Those qualities, Ross has in spades. I'm so very grateful to him for everything he did for me, he is a total asset to the allen and harris name. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is struggling to chose the right agency for their property sale.

As a first time buyer I genuinely can't praise the team at Allen & Harris Dennistoun enough. Initially only called them up to ask if I could set up an email alert for new properties in the area, but Ross was so friendly and charming that before I knew it I'd agreed to a meeting with mortgage advisor Fraser, and I'm glad I did. We'd been let down by other mortgage advisors before, but he got us a fantastic deal and every time we met with him he cut straight through all the noise and got the job done. But the absolute superstar to me is David, who was (and even weeks after settlement, still is) an incredible source of knowledge, support, and advice on every step of the buying process. Post offer, they were just as attentive and helpful, answering all of my queries with patience and care. It’s really difficult to find Estate agents who are knowledgable, honest & who will be there to guide and support throughout the process of selling your home.
