We are very pleased with the property. It was presented to a high standard, is in excellent condition, and has clearly been well cared for. The entire process was handled professionally, with clear, prompt, and helpful communication throughout, making the experience straightforward and stress-free. There was an issues with a window and that was fixed on the very next day which is brilliant.<br>The only area where our expectations were slightly different was regarding the term “furnished.” We assumed this would include some basic household essentials; however, the property was provided with the main items such as white goods, a sofa, and a bed only. Additional items like a kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, and basic cleaning equipment were not included.<br>We understand that we should have clarified the exact contents of the furnished property before moving in, so this was partly our responsibility as well.<br>Overall, we are very happy with the property and the service provided. We appreciate the excellent communication, professionalism, and the effort put into ensuring the property was in such a good condition.

The property is very good, beautifully presented, and well maintained. It would be helpful if the listing clearly stated what is included in a furnished property, and for future tenants to confirm this in advance to avoid any misunderstanding.<br><br>Overall, we are happy with the property and appreciate the excellent communication and presentation.

We’ve only just started renting with ARC property, but so far Niall has been extremely attentive with any questions we’ve had and any repairs we’ve noted are addressed promptly, great communication. We are having a better experience than we have had with other letting agents in the past, hoping this continues throughout our tenancy!
