Jacqui showed a high level of professionalism, always being wonderfully detailed, clear, and exceptionally fast with her response times. Amanda took over seamlessly. Despite being pretty new, she has been fantastic at resolving complex situations and hitting key milestones. Also, David who is one of the heating contractors has been fantastic. Both the internal team and their contractors bring great strengths, and I really appreciate their support!
