Gallus is by far the best lettings agent both I and my partner have ever had. It genuinely felt that they had both our and the landlord’s best interests at heart, rather than just seeing tenants as the way their customer makes money. Their process for reporting issues was excellent, everything was always dealt with efficiently and to a high standard. Moving in and out was straightforward. They were prompt in their communication. Honestly, we’re sad to be leaving them! Would highly recommend them to anyone renting.
Me and my partner moved into a flat in 2022 which Gallus were the letting agents for. They were extremely helpful and supportive during a stressful time and they made our transition much smoother. Rented with Gallus in the southside of Glasgow for 18 months. Overall very seamless and positive experience. From the first viewing to handing notice and in between, Andy + Matthew were responsive and genuinely helpful. Any minor issues we had with the flat were resolved quickly and no issue receiving full deposit back at the end. Would rent again with these guys if we hadn’t left the area.
