Overall I had a very good experience renting through Gallus for a year and 8 months. They were always quick to respond when issues arose. Communication was good and their approach was genuine and friendly. Gallus are more reasonable and understanding than other agencies I’ve used in the past. I would highly recommend!

Gallus is by far the best lettings agent both I and my partner have ever had. It genuinely felt that they had both our and the landlord’s best interests at heart, rather than just seeing tenants as the way their customer makes money. Their process for reporting issues was excellent, everything was always dealt with efficiently and to a high standard. Moving in and out was straightforward. They were prompt in their communication. Honestly, we’re sad to be leaving them! Would highly recommend them to anyone renting.

Me and my partner moved into a flat in 2022 which Gallus were the letting agents for. They were extremely helpful and supportive during a stressful time and they made our transition much smoother.
