I rented with Maclay Property for 2 years during my PhD in Glasgow. Communication was prompt throughout, and both the move-in and move-out processes were handled fairly and professionally. Gemma was my main point of contact and was genuinely exceptional. She arranged maintenance and replacements quickly, answered all my questions promptly (and I had a lot!), and made the end of tenancy easy during my international relocation. Highly recommend!
We recently rented a property through Maclay Property for 2.5 years. The experience was nothing short of fantastic and a total change to the letting agencies we have dealt with in the past. Anything we needed was dealt with in a timely manner with communication being spot on. Every person that was associated them, from the handy man to the plumbers were amazing and quick to attend. I had a great experience with Maclay Property. Three years ago, I had just arrived in the UK and was actively looking for a flat to rent, when I found one listed by Maclay Property. From the very beginning, I appreciated the team’s professionalism and high-quality customer service. I lived in that flat for three years, and I always experienced good communication; all issues were quickly addressed and resolved. A few days ago, I ended my tenancy and moved abroad. Otherwise, I would have continued with Maclay Property, either for rental or purchase.
