Jav & his team are fantastic.
I think many of their previous reviews here is fake or bot; as you can understand many of the reviews have quite similar structure and the owners somehow made only 1 review and it’s only for Martin&co..<br>We rented a flat from them. When we moved in we saw the flat was quite dirty, the kitchen was sticky, the trash in the bathroom was not emptied even.. We had to clean the flat for three days before we could move in. I send them the photos and told them the flat wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t agree and told me it was cleaned.. After I insisted and shared the photos, they “acknowledged” the situation and agreed that they won’t expect from me professional cleaning std when we moved out - WHICH WAS A BIG LIE- and charged us 114 £ cleaning fee for a totally clean house! I’m adding the photos of a CLEAN FLAT to show their clean house standards!!!

Excellent service
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Martin & Co. Their customer service has been poor— very blunt on the phone, and they just don’t respond to emails as they please. I was sent the wrong property address for a letting after 3 emails and a phone call, no apology or acknowledgement of mistake. It’s been a hassle just trying to get any accurate information. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I have recently contacted Martin & Co to find a tenant. Javaid Haq and his team was very efficient and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.
