First Class Legal and Conveyancing Support! Our company received excellent legal advice and support from Alison Gourley and Graham Paisley, regarding the purchase of our property. The process was complicated for a Limited Company Buy-to-let, requiring separate Independent Legal Advice for each of our 3 Directors (which Alison and Graham arranged at a suitable Pacitti Jones local branch). There were also very demanding lender/legal requirements - all to be delivered within a very tight timeframe, otherwise the property would have been re-marketed. Taking account of the challenging situation, the advice, support and communication delivered throughout by Alison and Graham was excellent, as well as very professional and timely, enabling us to secure our property within the required timescale. Nothing was too much trouble, with Alison and Graham going that extra mile and overcoming any obstacles that presented themselves.
