We were provided with consistent and useful communication whilst we were searching for a flat, and that continued when we were preparing to move in to a flat as well. All of this made it easy and pleasant for us as first-time renters, and ensured we weren’t overwhelmed at any point.

We had the most incredible experience with Rachel and Colin at Robb Residential. Rachel has been so kind and helpful, and Colin gave us incredible, in depth tours of the flats we viewed. Could not have gotten our flat without them!

I rented with Robb Residential for a year and the tenancy itself was great. No issues with maintenance or communication during that time. However I would strongly warn others about the move-out process. It was a completely different experience. Kieran in particular was extremely unprofessional. He spoke down to young tenants and took advantage of their lack of experience, which made a stressful situation much worse. It got so bad we almost had to take legal action to resolve it. That should never happen after a tenancy with no issues. Great company during the tenancy, but the way they handled the end was unacceptable. Management needs to address this and be accountable for the way they treat students and take advantage of people needs to change.

We haven’t moved in yet, But the setting up process has been very good. Every interaction we’ve heard with Rachel has been outstanding! So so friendly, I can’t believe it, She’s a pleasure to talk to you and very efficient at getting things done. There have been minimal complications and everything has just gone really smoothly and well. Thank you very much
