I wanted to leave a review specifically for Mark at Western Lettings because he has been absolutely fantastic over the past 4 years and deserves the recognition! From day one Mark has always been approachable and happy to help with anything we've needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, he always takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is sorted! It has genuinely been a pleasure dealing with him over the years and seeing him at flat viewings, always with a smile on his face while remaining professional and putting us at ease straight away if we had any issues or questions. Having dealt with a few letting agents over the years, I can honestly say Mark has been the best by far!! He sincerely has made such a difference to our renting experience the last few years and it's down to him that we would happily recommend Western Lettings to anyone! Been renting with Western Lettings for our fifth year now. The team have been amazing at supporting us right from the start, from having an extra electrical socket installed before we even moved in to having the boiler and fridge replaced quickly and with minimum fuss. The team is quick to respond to any queries or concerns we have and regularly go out of thier way to make sure things are going smoothly in our home. There have been a number of issues that are not the letting agents fault that they have worked hard to help resolve and we couldn't be happier with the service and support the team has given us over the years.
