Great people to deal with. They made the whole process of selling my flat as straightforward and stress-free as possible, with excellent communication throughout. I always knew what was happening, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

We sold our property with Yates Hellier and they’ve been so helpful from start to finish. Never far away when we had a concern or question. Having a WhatsApp group to keep in touch and the viewings app made it so easy for us to stay informed. It meant I was able to manage things during work when I can’t answer phone calls. We sold the property in one week. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t praise Yates Hellier enough. They handled the three year rental and subsequent sale of our flat. Both departments were entirely professional and during the rental they handled absolutely everything making it entirely hassle free. The sale resulted in a sale on the first day. They used an App to keep us up to date on the viewing bookings of which there were many and a group WhatsApp to keep us up to date or let us ask any questions. Fast efficient and forward thinking. All in all excellent service.

We had 50 viewings and 16 offers and it’s all down to their passion and hard work. The service was really personable and we were in constant communication throughout. Totally and completely gobsmacked on how this company has such a high rating. Either I was extremely unlucky, or other tenants like me are so done by the end of their traumatic journey with Yates Helier they don’t bother to write a review (this was almost me).<br><br>But future tenants should know: DO NOT GET A FLAT WITH THESE PEOPLE. My bathroom ceiling fell on November 24th, 2025. After months of harassing them to fix the problem, we were still living with no roof in our bathroom and bits of plaster would fall on us when we’re using the toilet. Apparently they needed to wait for insurance to approve the repairs (funny, I didn’t know the basic tenancy right to a flat with all its roofs were insurance dependant! learn something new every day). Mind you the contractor told us the ceiling fell as it wasn’t installed correctly, not our fault at all. A few months later, our landlord asked us to leave (convienent, I wonder if they wanted to allegadely do another half assed job putting the ceiling up).<br><br>When we were moving out our property manager Silvia, as if she hadn’t already done enough by depriving us of our basic tenancy rights to a house with all its roofs while we paid full rent for MONTHS, alleged we broke the oven on purpose, using the words “malicious damage”. Maybe Yates Hellier aren’t used to a bare minimum quality of items, because our oven broke when we opened it. I obviously didn’t appreciate being accused of a crime WITH NO evidence on top of being taken for a ride with my expensive flat for MONTHS…. WITH NO BATHROOM ROOF.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Yates Hellier enough if you need to raise your blood pressure and hate having rights as a tenant, 10/10!!! Literally never working with them ever again, it’s actually not worth it.<br><br>Enjoy the pic of our desecrated ceiling, it could be yours too if you get a flat with them!

I bought a flat with Yates Hellier and they were great from start to finish. Very kind and friendly staff and throughout the process they were easily reachable.

We really appreciated this company. Excellent communication with staff by WhatsApp. Knew the market well. Photographer was absolutely excellent. Good advice about preparing the house. We loved that they did the viewings, and knew about the viewers and their situations. This was not our experience in the past selling a house. We think they must have managed the buyers too - because we achieved as best as we could have hoped for. They kept in touch through the process too. Absolutely delighted with Yates Hellier
