I've appreciated Craig's persistence and brilliant assistance. He's been endlessly patient with me throughout the process and incredibly helpful and informative. And when everything needed picked up by another member of the team (Richard I believe), there was almost no issues with the crossover.

I would like to thoroughly recommend Harper McLeod and in particular Alana Sommerville. I was involved in a head on collision where the 3rd party was entirely at fault late 2025. My insurers appointed Harper McLeod to deal with my claim and they in turn appointed Alana. Alana was professional, informative, knowledgeable and supportive from the very first time I spoke with her. What should have been a straight forward claim turned into a near 9 month process due to the 3rd party and their insurers being very difficult. Alana was like a dog with a bone though throughout the entire process and would not give in until we reached the rightful outcome in my favour. She was in constant contact, keeping me fully updated at every stage of the process and explaining in detail what was happening and what would happen next. Although the process was drawn out I had full faith that Alana would reach a satisfactory conclusion for me and she did just that. Alana, you are a credit not only to Harper McLeod and your profession but also to yourself. Keep up the great work you do and I wish you ever success in your career.
