Super lovely guys. I was a bundle of stress and they were so calm, efficient and helpful. They helped me pack some heavy and strangely shaped furniture into a storage unit, and they did so very thoughtfully to make sure I would be able to get in there and add smaller loads myself. Having recently booked Scot Removals for my flat move, I want to recommend them. Initially, I did not have much contact with the firm after paying my deposit, so, understandably I was a little apprehensive. However, Mo at Scot Removals reassured me. Then on moving day, there was no sign of the removal van at the agreed time. Fearing it was going to be a no-show, I called Mo, and he explained the reason for the delay, and informed me of the new arrival time. Again I felt reassured. The van and team turned up earlier than the revised time. Not only that, they "called in re-enforcements" and more team members showed up, and a second van. I was very impressed by this level of customer service. But the thing that impressed me most was the length of time the team took to load and unload. They packed up the van so quickly, lifting heavy boxes like they were filled with feathers! Then, once I collected my keys at 1pm, they completed the job at 2.15pm... and there were several flights of stairs involved! So, a huge thank you to Mo and the team. I really appreciated your efforts on the day. You were super-fast and took care when moving my belongings. I would definitely recommend Scot Removals.

Scots Removals helped me move house this week, and were amazing! Mo and his team were there on time, with 2 trucks and a large team. They were really efficient and careful with any breakables I had. My old place was part furnished, but they checked with me what needed to be taken from each room before they started. When we got to my new house, they made sure they kept the floors clean by putting down their own carpets, and having a great loading and unloading system between them. I would 100% book them again for my next move, and couldn't recommend them more! They were also a lot more affordable than other options, especially for the size of the vans and the crew. They were also very understanding that I have a cat. I kept her in a separate room in the new place, and they made sure not to open that door or be very loud so as not to cause any unnecessary stress to her or me. Very professional and reassuring crew.
