Gold Standard Security Scotland

Great customer service from Omar, took a lot of care and time about making sure we got the bespoke system we wanted. Very tidy job with a lot of care taken to ensure the system looked good. Very satisfied customer

I highly recommend Omar and his company. Omar responded to me in minutes, something most people either don't do or take days to do.Omar explained in detail all the different CCTV systems he could offer me, showing me high-quality images of different CCTV systems, their prices, and their features.Always recommending what best suited my needs, I didn't have to wait weeks for my CCTV to be installed. Omar not only explained the different functions of my CCTV in detail but also paid enormous attention to detail to ensure everything was comfortable for me, He helped me set up the app on my phone and made sure everything worked perfectly and that I understood how to use it. I highly recommend everyone entrust the security of their properties to Omar. I will definitely call him again when I need to. Thank you so much, Omar, for your professionalism and excellent customer service 🤗🤗🤗

First class service from Omar from first phone call to final goodbye. Extremely helpful, friendly and relaxed manner and respectful of my property. Have no hesitation in recommending him. Pleasure to meet you Omar. Thank you for your first class service.

Gold Standard for customer service and professionalism. Omar was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable and advised on an appropriate system with no hard sell. Work was carried out to a high standard and he followed up soon after to ensure all working as intended. Would recommend this company highly.

We were highly recommended Gold Star Security by a friend. Our initial call gave me a lot of info and a few cost expectations. The chaps then came to the house for a visit to look at the project and give a more firm estimate. Omar was extremely helpful and respectful in our house which is always great to see. Within a short period Omar returned to carry out the repairs to the existing CCTV and to install an additional camera all of which were done to a really high standard and I would be more than happy to recommend their services. Any issues with the existing system were explained clearly and Omar worked hard to resolve any of these problems. Really pleased with their service and would highly recommend.
