Got Innovate to do a wee bitcoin work for me and the service was simply brilliant .<br>Arranged time and day and engineer showed up- carried out all the IP work without any delays, workmanship 10/10 and left site spotless - terrific service and what a credit to Innovate their engineer was . . Pleasant , mannerly and very knowledgeable young man is Lewis.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was clear, the installation was carried out professionally, the system was thoroughly tested, and everything was explained properly before they left. The installer was punctual, tidy, and took the time to make sure the system was set up exactly how we wanted, including walking us through how to use it confidently and setting it up with the WiFi and mobile app. The work itself was neat and unobtrusive, and the system feels solid and well thought-out. Overall a very smooth experience — would happily recommend.

Great local alarm company. We've used Innovate alarms a couple of times now and in 2 different houses. I would recommend them, very polite, courteous and on time. Lewis was out earlier this week to reinstall and service our alarm after renovations. They are quick, polite and efficient. Reasonable priced and always available. I previously called in a panic as the alarm would not stop ringing (the fault of home renovations) and they had someone out rapid. Thanks, guys.
