Great service from start to finish. Communication was clear, the installation was carried out professionally, the system was thoroughly tested, and everything was explained properly before they left. The installer was punctual, tidy, and took the time to make sure the system was set up exactly how we wanted, including walking us through how to use it confidently and setting it up with the WiFi and mobile app. The work itself was neat and unobtrusive, and the system feels solid and well thought-out. Overall a very smooth experience — would happily recommend.

I made an appointment with Innovate Alarms as my existing Alarm System was obsolete. Donny arrived on time and went through the options we could decide on. At no time did Donny put any pressure on us to buy a system there and then sending quotes through to us to look at. Donny was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. When we decided the option we wanted we arranged a date and time for the Alarm System to be fitted. Ian & Connor the two engineers arrived on time and we would like to say that they were both a credit to the Company. Both were friendly, tidy, knowledgeable and respectful of their surroundings. We can honestly say that we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Innovate Alarms if you want a first class outcome.
