I called on Smart Security Services to fix the break in our alarm system after our door had been replaced. From the initial call with Sean, the visit was arranged. Jude, the engineer arrived and completed the task well. He was a very pleasant young man who listened to my questions and took time to explain what he was doing. He worked tidily and did a great job. I was so pleased that I have signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
I have used Smart Security Services for my business several times now, and they have always provided a professional, helpful service. I had them fit an access system which was provided by another company, and despite some issues with the lock not working straight away, due to some missing parts, they were really helpful in returning more than once to get it working and help me ensure the access system could be set up before my opening date. I definitely recommend!
The guys, especially a chap called Mitchell, went above and beyond with my installation! I had a number of CCTV cameras I had sourced and was looking to have installed ( wires and all ) along with a wireless standard alarm install. Very happy with the service from Smart Security Services. Modern communication and invoicing - an absolute joy. I was somewhat wary because I had pretty precise idea of how and where I wanted the cables and box positioned for the cameras and didn't know if it could be done. Mitchell listened very patiently and worked incredibly hard to get everything mounted and cables ran exactly, and sometimes even better, to where I wanted. He made something I was nervous about and knew was going to be a faff about seem like it was no bother! Setup is nearly perfect but thats through no fault of Smart Security Services.
This is the 3rd time I have used Smart Security Services (initially to help with a system another company installed) they have since installed 2 additional CCTV cameras for me. Always on time, reliable, friendly and very friendly. Highly recommended
