Amazing service, admin staff exceptionally helpful and Dylan their engineer, was helpful and diligent with his work. I would definitely recommend this company to other businesses.

It took a few tries for Vault Systems to order the correct part that needed replacing in the door entry system, but once the part arrived the engineer, Lewis, competently fixed the issue with some assistance from the manufacturer's tech support. The door entry system is now working as per normal so fingers crossed all will be well. Thanks.

At the point that I came across Vault I was in pretty desperate situation. We had had an ongoing issue with our fire alarm system for sometime and after 3 visits from other 3 firms, including the company that installed the system 3 years ago no one had come back to us with any clue as to what the issue was. In fact they just ignored us and I was thinking we might need to replace the system. Vault were really quick to give me a call back, quotes and site reports came through seamlessly by email and I really happy to say that everything was fixed with minimum effort. I'm incredibly impressed and move other aspects of our business to Vault. There are an awful lot of firms out there dealing with fire alarms but so many of them don't know what they're doing. Managed to get the install done in one day which was good. However the door strike plate fell off some time later and it was discovered the installer has used old rusty screws that were too short and some of the internal screws were missing & loose. When brought to their attention, Vault shirked any responsibility for this poor quality work so I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

The lads arrived right on 9am as new router had been installed and carried out the reconnection work quickly and efficiently. Also completed annual service. Great job, highly recommended
