Absolutely pathetic company. I have tried to contact someone for them to explain what exactly I am getting for my maintenance contract and it has proved to be impossible. The standard reply is that they will call me back. This doesn't happen! There is no 24 hours service provided by this firm. Please do not waste your time or money on this sham of a company.
Amazing service, admin staff exceptionally helpful and Dylan their engineer, was helpful and diligent with his work. I would definitely recommend this company to other businesses.

It took a few tries for Vault Systems to order the correct part that needed replacing in the door entry system, but once the part arrived the engineer, Lewis, competently fixed the issue with some assistance from the manufacturer's tech support. The door entry system is now working as per normal so fingers crossed all will be well. Thanks.
Problem with alarm identified and sorted very quickly.
Its Unbelievable that we reporting door entry system not working since January 2025. multiple visits and paid £156. in advance . system still not working. Need to revisit again
