Thomas and Owen fitted my Security System and I couldn’t be any happier. From start to finish, communication was excellent and the quality of work was excellent too. No mess or damage to my freshly roughcasted walls and the job was completed in around 3 hours.<br>The quality of pictures from my cameras far exceeded what I expected and no cables in site which was my main concern.<br>Brilliant service, thank very much and I have recommended you to my neighbours who were impressed when I showed them the CCTV pictures on my phone.<br>I had other quotes, Thomas wasn’t the cheapest but he came across as the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendliest of all the companies I spoke to, he explained everything to me plainly and I felt comfortable by his professional manner and there was no pushy sales technique which I did encounter with 2 other companies.<br>Would 100 percent recommend Vision to anyone looking for Security from a reliable and professional company. Great service from the guys! I was let down from a previous company to install two tvs with hidden wires and called Thomas that day, he was out the next day to quote a very reasonable price then was out completing the job a few days later. I had originally bought one of the wrong brackets and it was no hassle him coming back out again a day or two later when the correct bracket arrived. A great and stress free service from start to finish with good communication. Hard to find now a days. Not a drop of mess afterwards wouldn't of known the guys were in. Would recommend to anyone.

Following an incident at my property, I contacted Thomas at Vision TV and Security. Thomas visited me at my home. We walked around the property, discussed requirements, options and I choose a 5 camera CCTV system. The system installation was done professionally and Thomas downloaded the apps onto my devices. Thomas then took the time to take me though the apps and how the system works. The neighbours have stated they feel more secure since the system was installed. Thomas and Owen were further helpful, Owen visited after a Router upgrade, and to check devices were all ok. As a 74 yr old pensioner, on my own, I appreciated this.<br>I am delighted with the system and can easily navigate the apps. I would recommend Vision TV and Security, to anyone considering a professional CCTV installation at their property.
