I found Electropoint to be very professional from start to finish. Sophie explained the process well and arranged from Gerry to come out and do a survey. I was hesitant about having a charger installed due to the location of my consumer unit, but Gerry provided an ideal solution for a cable route, that I hadn't considered. After selecting a Hypervolt charger, Kyle came out today to install it. He arrived bang on time, walked me through what he was going to do and confirmed the exact charger position to ensure I was happy. Very friendly, helpful and professional, keeping me updated on progress and ensuring the power was off for as short a time as possible.

Booked to get an easee one charger fitted to my home. Had obtained quotes from electropoint previously but never got round to committing. They were no problem when I called up again and had all my details on the system, I then had quotes for various chargers emailed to me immediately. After booking in, Lucy came out to carry out the installation which was completed in a couple of hours with no disruption at all. She eas friendly and professional throughout and talked me through setting up and operating the charger once complete. Would highly recommend elecropoint.

Lucy was great, phoned ahead as I had noted that I had to be out for half hour window in the morning, so she wanted to check in with her arrival time. She arrived, got started right away, informed me the power would be off temporarily. She was very efficient, very clean and tidy. Whole install took less than 2 hrs. She then helped me download and set up the app and gave me a few charging tips. Very pleasant engineer. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the service has been friendly, responsive and genuinely hassle-free. Gerry in particular has been excellent with answering my (many) questions at all times of day and night and making the whole process feel straightforward. We were fortunate to secure a last-minute cancellation slot, and the value for what we received has been incredible. Our system includes 22 panels, a Tesla Powerwall 3, a DC expansion pack and a hot water diverter. It was a substantial setup yet the install was smooth and very neatly finished. Jordan and Jamie, who did the roof panel installation were efficient, tidy and did a great job too. The electricians, Tom and Thomas, worked late into the evening on the second day (until around 8pm) to ensure everything was completed properly, which we really appreciated. The team were professional, tidy and very easy to have around the house. Overall, we’ve been pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the entire process has been. A large system like this could easily have felt complicated, but it didn’t. Can't recommend the team highly enough

My end to end experience with Electropoint has been tremendous. Starting with the onsite survey done by Jordan and then with Darren who fitted the charging pod. Both Darren and Jordan has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. They were punctual, and Darren left the place neat and tidy after the job. Everything is working as expected, thanks to the Electropoint team. Well done and thank you.
