From the initial contact through completion, the quality of Customer service provided has been exceptional. I particularly appreciated the time taken to visit my home, not once, but twice to discuss the equipment required and installation, and the no pressure and honest sales process. Installation was of the highest standard and flawless, and by a very knowledgeable and highly motivated Team. I am now enjoying an over 80% reduction in my electricity usage for the grid. My only regret is that I did not install and solar system years ago. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solar Specialist Scotland for anyone thinking about installing a solar system.

We selected Solar Specialists Scotland for the installation of solar panels and battery storage. All round a really good experience. What made the difference to select Solar Specialists Scotland include, no pushy sales people, an honest view of the system performance with no over promising results, excellent communication at every step, proper accreditations, experience of solar installations and their approach to health & safety. Which was not the case with others who also quoted for the installation. When we placed the order everything ran like clockwork. All the install team who arrived on site at the different stages introduced themselves, discussed with us what they going to do, and got on with it. When the job was complete they took the time to talk us through the installation and how to use the App. As a result we would have no hesitation recommending Solar Specialists Scotland to others looking for a really good installer of solar energy solutions.

Great service, professional, competent and looked after us from start to finish. The system put together by Solar Specialists Scotland has us virtually off grid. Only wish id gone bigger. The way its looking at the moment we will have offset the cost of the install in about 3 years. Couldn't be happier with the team, the advice or the after care. No pressure sales just factual information on what they though would work best. We spoke to a good few installers and most of the sales pitches was like buying double glazing. Solar specialists came out, looked at the space we had, suggested a setup and a price. I had a bit of wiggle room in my budget and had a couple quid to play with. Asked them where we could go with the budget and ended up with 24kwh of battery storage and 33 panels. Never thought we could get a system the size we got for the money. Incredible value. The stats speak for them selves. Once its paid for its self its just gonna sit there saving and printing money. Once we hit break even ive got plans to add more, Solar specialists Scotland will be the first call i make.

It’s been an easy experience getting our solar panels installed by solar specialists ltd. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, about what was happening and when. The guys turned up cracked on with the installation and before we knew it, we had them installed. Great team, thanks guys 👍
