AMT Structural Design

After we moved in to our new home a lot of hairline cracks appeared. Because it was an older property, we just wanted to make sure nothing structurally was wrong. Ross was extremely helpful. He came to the property and explained to us why most cracks were there and we got a an in depth report shortly after the visit. We got a small list of things to fix and were able to use this report to get a quote from a stone mason. Even after the visit Ross has been really helpful with answering some questions. I would definitely recommend AMT Structural Design if you need a structural engineer!

Fast and promptly response. Used Ross to get a SER certification for a velux window that has been installed in one of my self catering property requested by the westdumbartonshire building standards for the short term licence application. After letting down by another structural engineer, found AMT on internet. Emailed Ross and he got back to me very fast and everything was sorted quickly, I recommend AMT and would definitely use again in my next project. I contacted Ross at AMT Structural after finding his company by google search. From first phone call to receiving SER certificate with associated drawings, with a site visit in between, was under 2 weeks! That is a really impressive turnaround for the quality of work. Overall I found Ross extremely pleasant and client focused. He understood the brief and delivered what was required. He was happy to talk through all the drawings and ensure the right information was conveyed.
