Stephen responded quickly and came out to do a survey within a few days. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and sent a comprehensive report over after. Overall very professional and would recommend.

Stephen was very helpful and responsive. As someone who didn't know much about the process of removing an internal wall, he was very thorough in explaining the different scenarios. He was quick to arrange a visit to our house, as we needed to check whether our wall was load-bearing. We had the report confirming the wall wasn't load baring and we didn't need to proceed with a building warrant within a couple of hours of the visit. I would highly recommend him.
