I recently engaged TRS, Tree Management Ltd to address overhanging branches from a cluster of trees that posed a potential risk to my property. Initially, I was informed that the earliest they could commence work would be in October due to their high demand. I viewed this as a positive indication of their expertise and reliability. To my pleasant surprise, I received an email from Stacy confirming that the team would be arriving on September 24th. On the day of the service, Jim and his team arrived ten minutes early, and despite this, Jim graciously apologized for what he perceived as a delay. The quality of work performed was excellent, and the cleanup following the service was equally impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend TRS, Tree Management Ltd for their exemplary service and professionalism. Thank you to everyone involved.

Very knowledgeable, organised and safe in removing a complex 200yo tree with brittle cinder. Jim gave good advice from the beginning and he and the team were meticulous in the way they approached the job; replacing the fence, tidying the stump and leaving the garden tidier than when they arrived. We will miss the tree v much but Jim has left us in a good place to plant the next one.
Jim came out today last minute to help us rescue our cat who had been stuck up a very high tree for 24 hours! The Fire brigade couldn’t reach him and the SSPCA offered advice but we would have to just leave him for a couple more days. Freddie was absolutely terrified and Jim was great taking his time befriending our cat. He actually convinced him, very high up.. to walk into the cat box himself. Very very grateful for Jim and so is Freddie. Would recommend. 10/10.
Jim gave us a very reasonable quote and returned within a couple of weeks to complete the job. The team were all very polite and friendly and worked well together. The job was a little tricky as the tree being removed was growing through several parts of a fence, but they took great care not to damage the fence when cutting it down (the gaps you see in the photos were already there due to the tree). They also left the area very tidy when finished. I'm very happy with all aspects of the job and would 100% recommend TRS!
