I had my windows replaced last week and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend! Scott, the salesperson, was brilliant. He was friendly, straightforward, and there was absolutely no hard sell. After previous experiences of salespeople sitting in my house for two hours trying to wear me down, this was a breath of fresh air. The product genuinely sold itself, and Scott was in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout the process was consistently excellent. I was kept updated at every stage and always knew what was happening next. The fitters were great too — efficient, tidy, punctual, and really easy to feel at ease with in the house. They worked smoothly, respected the space, and left everything spotless. Overall, a genuinely positive experience and a company I’d highly recommend.

Couldn't fault the service and quality of the replacement window we got for our bathroom. Huge range of privacy options, we opted for reeded glass which is a bit more contemporary than the old swirly frosting. I was concerned they would leave remedial work needing done within the existing shiplap surround, but they replaced the sill seamlessly. I got three quotes and they were also the best value with the quickest installation date. When we can do our other windows we will be using them again.

I contacted replace windows because I was looking for acoustic glass in two rooms and they dealt with this glass. They replaced all windows in the house and cannot thank and praise them enough for the job that was done: the two guys that came to install the windows were prompt, professional and very hard working. They just powered through the job and tidied up all the debris and mess afterwards. I’m so happy with my new windows and would highly recommend Replace windows to anyone considering using them.

Really pleased with the work done by RePlace Windows. We had a few windows and a new door installed and the whole thing was done to a really high standard. The frosted glass in one of the windows is exactly what we imagined — gives us privacy and security without blocking the light. That corner of the house feels much safer now, and still bright. The windows have three opening options: • The usual narrow gap that still allows the window to be locked — good for ventilation without compromising security. • A wider opening with a built-in security hook that stops it going any further — very reassuring and well designed. (see photo) • And fully open, for when you want maximum airflow. They also use a special microscopically coated glass that reflects heat back into the room — you can really feel the difference. And the triple glazing has made a big impact on outside noise — much quieter indoors now. The new door is solid, very secure, and the frosted glass matches the window perfectly — looks great and feels built to last. (All windows and door have a 10-year guarantee) Installation was clean and professional. They protected the carpet, tidied up properly each day (even dusted some of the book shelves!), and left everything spotless at the end. No mess, no hassle — just a proper job done well. Final cleanup was thorough — windows wiped, old bits taken away, inside and outside areas left spotless. Would definitely recommend them

Absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. We were recommended to this company by a family friend, so happy we took his advice. We were visited by Kai who explained all the pros and cons of double & triple glazing. We decided to replace the windows & frames in 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room & kitchen. We also replaced the glass in our shower & utility rooms. We went for triple glazing throughout and were very pleased with the quote. The installation went without a hitch and we're really looking forward to lower heating bills in the winter. I would definitely recommend Replace Windows Limited when considering double or triple glazing. A very professional company with excellent customer service.
