I’m very pleased with the work carried out by RePlace Windows.<br><br>Last July, Scott came out to discuss exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, respectful, and came across as genuinely honest and professional. He took the time to explain my options, the benefits of choosing RePlace Windows, and provided a very competitive quote.<br><br>The following week, a technician carried out the survey, which took around an hour and was handled efficiently with minimal disruption.<br><br>In September, the fitters completed the installation over two days. Although I can’t remember their names, they worked extremely hard, even staying into the evening to make sure everything was finished to a good standard. The windows look great. About a week later, someone also returned to repair the plasterwork, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Scott then followed up afterwards to make sure everything had gone well — a great level of customer service that really stood out.<br><br>I would happily recommend RePlace Windows to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and considerate company.

Just to say we recently had all of our windows replaced by RePlace and had an amazing experience! From the initial home visit with Scott to post installation, everything was great. We had only couple of minor snags (to be expected when replacing 13 windows) and the post installation customer service was impeccable! The whole process from the first meeting with Kai through the installation by Franny and Stephen was easy and seamless, everything was done on time and my property was treated with respect throughout. I had my windows replaced last week and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend!<br><br>Scott, the salesperson, was brilliant. He was friendly, straightforward, and there was absolutely no hard sell. After previous experiences of salespeople sitting in my house for two hours trying to wear me down, this was a breath of fresh air. The product genuinely sold itself, and Scott was in and out quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was consistently excellent. I was kept updated at every stage and always knew what was happening next.<br><br>The fitters were great too — efficient, tidy, punctual, and really easy to feel at ease with in the house. They worked smoothly, respected the space, and left everything spotless.<br><br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and a company I’d highly recommend.
