Brilliant customer service from start to finish. The team in Smiths know their stuff. We were looking for an affordable and high-end front door, they came and fitted it within 2 weeks, the guys who fitted it were courteous and actually had good banter! Derek and Heather were so professional and honest with their delivery of the door - going to be in touch for a back door also 👍🏻 thanks again.

This looks like the old bishopbriggs door company who did my fault windows. If not I am sorry but checked out and seems them. Once had my money did from fitting a poor job offered better sound now worse the guy that sold me it told me after he left a terrible company. I chased for two years to fix and ignored. I had a window separate from fram after 6 months . I can hear people talking outside which I did not have as bad as this. Fed up as emailed 40 times called 70 or more as hoped they would help. Nothing. I have windows whistle when windy . Very very poor. I had to give a one star as would not be less but to show you the gave me a bigger discount when things went wrong if I pay now. Then nothing so do not pay a thing till happy. I work in Construction so totally my fault

We got our windows replaced by Smith’s last week and found Heather and staff very pleasant and professional. Work was carried out within two days to a very good standard. No mess was left so would highly definitely recommend this company.

Hinge on door snapped.Thought we had ten year warranty.When I phoned they asked If I had the paper certificate for the warranty five years since door fitted I did not have the paperwork that they asked for.Surely details would be on their system.<br>Receptionist stated they would look into it. Weeks later still no contact.Ordered hinge and fitted it myself.Poor warranty and service.

Great job, just had our old windows replaced and they're looking great. Derek and his team were very professional in their work, easy to get on with and helpful and finished the job within the timeframe they estimated. The workmanship and quality of the windows are excellent and they communicated well as the job progressed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A wee word for the office staff, communication leading up to the job and completing the contract was excellent. Well done and thanks.

Highly recommended! A superb service from Smiths for our new Front Door and glassed surround - from initial contact, to measuring up, taking down the old door and frame and then fitting the new one. This was a complex job on a Main Door Ground Floor Flat within a 137 year old tenement, but the fitting team worked carefully with precision to deliver an expertly crafted, transformative and amazingly eye-catching job, from the inside and outside. Well done to the Smiths Team. And it's always good to buy from a very competitively priced, local family firm.
