Came out day after calling them, so very quick. Repaired oven in super quick time, gave us some good advice and a very reasonable price! Great service. Explained what was wrong and showed us what they were doing. Really lovely guys, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
Washing machine door would not open and A1 Appliance Repairs came, saw, and took away the door. Three days later it was re-fitted but all scratched and damaged!! Have been contacting them regularly over the last month but with just a solitary response to my ten chasing emails. Wish we’d never used A1 Appliance Repairs and can only suggest using a different company which does a decent job, offers basic customer service and a degree of after sales care. Such a shame this company is woefully lacking in all three departments.
