Koncept Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd

Being long retired and cautious due to past less than satisfactory dealings with the building trade, we embarked on total strip out of both bathroom and kitchen in our cottage with some trepidation. We chose Koncept from amidst several other providers as a "good fit" for us. It is local, independent, and contacts with Ross gave confidence that we could work well together. The design stages of both involved some strict demands on our part, all of which were taken as requested, or modified to more appropriate options. Neither job was accomplished without problem, these being mainly supplier related. In all instances there was satisfactory resolution without question. Having witnessed the high level of craftsmanship, problem solving and can do/will do attitude of all involved, we cannot praise them too highly. The final outcome has exceeded our already high expectations. We are delighted with both bathroom and kitchen. My long standing trepidation is now minimal, and as far as Koncept is concerned I would recommend using their services wholeheartedly.

From start to finish our kitchen design experience with Koncept was exceptional. The quality of their products really stood out and when we saw the CGI version of our design we were amazed at how.it looked and functioned in our space. I highly recommend Koncept Bathrooms in Menstrie. Ross was great at interpreting what we wanted into the design. The boys who came to do the work were very neat and tidy and we couldn't fault their workmanship.

I would have no hesitation recommending Koncept, we had a design to completion bathroom fitted. Ross built in time and effort to design a bespoke bathroom for us and gave time to discuss and adjust accordingly to budget. The quality of products is more expensive but apparent on completion. Do it well and do it once is definitely cheaper in the long run. We had some supplier issues at the start of our project which needed some last minute changes but Ross went above and beyond to rectify to keep the job on track. The fitters were the best team, treated our home with respect and were so tidy. They worked weekend and were punctual every day. If you’re considering a new bathroom/kitchen please consider local businesses and you’ll get the best experience and tradesmen to give you a quality install.
