Koncept Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd

This review is long overdue. On entering Koncept Bathrooms showroom you are immediately struck with the impressive layout and quality of the bathroom fittings and fixtures that are available to you and this is only a fraction of the luxury products that are available to purchase. On meeting Ross you are immediately made aware of his knowledge and experience in the bathroom sector. We gave Ross some ideas of what we hoped for, but Ross managed to enhance them with an absolutely stunning and beautiful design. He guided us from the initial stages to eventual completion and was available to contact at all times. The bathroom has now been completed and has met every expectation. We are both thoroughly delighted with Koncept Bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

Recent bathroom refit to shower room, small room designed to maximise the space available. Beautiful quality products. Ross was extremely helpful and came up with a perfect design for us and his contractor Hubert and his team were fantastic, excellent workmanship and everything left immaculate (even jet washed the driveway!) Can't fault anything about this company and would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish working with Ross to redesign our ensuite bathroom and downstairs WC. Ross listened carefully to what we wanted, gave great advice and made brilliant suggestions. We are delighted with the quality of the products supplied and the finished look. All the contractors brought in by Ross were highly skilled, really respectful of our home - everything ran to time as planned. Would highly recommend Koncept.

Ross supplied my en suite bathroom last year and I was very happy with the quality of all the fittings, shower, screen etc so I had no hesitation to return when looking to revamp our downstairs loo this year. From start to finish everything was straightforward and he is always very quick to respond to queries and look for solutions when, for example, space was quite tight. His fitting team led by Hubert were brilliant - starting with completely properly sheeting all the flooring coming into the house from the front door so that the mess was minimal. They tidied up each day and the work was completed in minimal time and everything is looking great. Very happy with the finished result. Thank you.

From start to finish our kitchen design experience with Koncept was exceptional. The quality of their products really stood out and when we saw the CGI version of our design we were amazed at how.it looked and functioned in our space. Really cannot thank Ross and the team enough for their professionalism and high quality finish. Everyone who sees our kitchen asks where we got it! Highly recommend.
