Above and beyond customer service Not really one for reviews, but here I am. I telephoned Stirling Crown Decorating Centre with a special paint request and spoke with Paul who was very positive and said he could help. On visiting the store today, Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I left with what I asked for. Outstanding customer service. A very welcoming, friendly and funny trio. Thank you also to the young lad who assisted (the one with the most incredible blue eyes!) Highly recommend. Thank you all so much.
Totally professional and helpful service from all , especially Paul. I had an issue with a paint match from another supplier ( never again!) which Paul resolved quickly with no fuss and , most importantly, with a perfect match. I’m not a trade customer but was given the same professional and personable service and attention as the professional guys were. Highly recommended.
