The flooring guys were exceptional. They fitted the job in around hospital treatment as requested. All the tradesmen were fantastic. They took extra time to make the heavily patterned carpet was fitted to look correct at 6 doors and the LVTiles in the kitchen area were laid to ensure the pattern was perfect under every unit and table. Thank you. Thought it was going to be an issue but no all went smoothly.

I've known Jim for a long time and recently have done some carpet and laminate work for him. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of flooring with a good eye for detail. Would highly recommend him and very easy to deal with.

Unfortunately the quality of the work didn't match the sales talk from The Flooring Company in Causewayhead. It took from April 26th to June 11th to get The Flooring Company to lay our floors and return to fix the problems. There are still issues with bubbles in our vinyl, lumps in the Luxury Vinyl Tile and lifting edges. But it was so difficult to persuade them to turn up in the end we gave up. ( We've still not received a receipt or acknowledgement of our final payment. The total bill was in excess of 5k.) After being assured that this "Project Floors" product was "bombproof" to being told not to overwet the mop or use rotary cleaners on it, we feel the sales talk was somewhat disingenuous. Really disappointed in the outcome and cannot recommend this company at all.

We contacted Jim regarding a linoleum job as this can be a tricky product to install. Clearly a man with a wealth of experience and lot of knowledge as he highlighted all the required steps and how the material should be handled. Also more than happy to assist before committing to using his services. A good guy.

Its hard to put into words how great a transformation of a floor with the wood effect tiles Kieran & Connor so efficiently and expertly put down. And they did it so carefully, and without any mess at all. Great lads, amazing work, superb company. iain
