We recently bought and had a hall carpet fitted by The Flooring Studio in Bridge of Allan, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team were brilliant. They helped us choose the perfect design and gave great advice on colours, making the whole process really easy. Communication was excellent too – we were kept up to date at every stage with delivery times. Our whole experience with The Flooring Studio was absolutely first class. From choosing the carpet itself to the fitter dealing with an unusual Victorian moulded skirting board, their service and delivery was excellent. I am so happy with my new carpet. You just want to choose the one you want and for the fitting to follow on fairly quickly and successfully. Kirsten kept us informed at every stage…perfect customer service. We had such a brilliant experience with The Flooring Studio. They were incredibly patient while we took our time choosing the perfect carpet for a big staircase and hallways at Ladyburn House — and it was absolutely worth it, as the unique carpet looks incredible! The team couldn’t have been more helpful or flexible, and quoting was fast with all pricing extremely reasonable. They even managed to fit carpet for another area of our home at the same time at short notice. Their showroom has a beautiful selection of unique, high-quality carpets as well as classic styles, but what really sets them apart is the personal service. You don’t get that level of care and attention at the big carpet corporations, and we'd rather support our local businesses.
