I have been attending Elaine’s enjoyable, social and challenging fitness Pilates class once a week for a number of years now. The Pilates exercise & regime greatly strengthens my core enhancing my strength & fitness, and enabling me to participate in other activities (including hillwalking and cycling).

What truly sets her apart is her knowledge and care regarding individual health needs. She is excellent at letting you know which exercises to modify or avoid completely if you have specific pain points or physical issues, ensuring everyone can participate safely and effectively. She is a lovely, highly knowledgeable instructor who brings the best out of everyone in the room. The inclusion of online class options is a massive bonus, making it easy to keep up with my pilates and yoga fitness routine from home.
I’ve been going to Elaine’s Pilates class for so long I’ve lost track of the number of years. I’d never tried it before and Elaine soon had me feeling confident in the exercises and my strength and balance improved immensely. The class size means she can watch each client and support us at our level, increasing the challenge as we progress. After a health issue Elaine has be very supportive and motivating to get me back on track.
I have been attending Fitness Pilates classes at Stirling Fitness for many years and love Elaine’s approach. You can work at your own pace within the class as she gives you different versions of exercises to choose from, depending on your fitness level. The option to attend online can be helpful when life is busy or you have children at home and can’t attend the class in her studio. Classes are friendly and sociable and I always come away feeling great!
