Wouldn’t touch this business with a barge pole, the arrogance that just reaped out of the guy in a car park is ridiculous. Clearly pregnant and couldn’t get into my car and I ask him to let me in and then he says I’m in the wrong for parking my car close to his when I was there first. THINK OF OTHER PEOPLE** hope you enjoy your lunch! 👍 also if you ever have children/pregnant partner I hope the same thing happens to you. So rude.
First class service. Office team went extra mile to get engineer to attend breakdown same day. Engineer arrived and didn’t give up until sourced the problem. Kept informed of each stage until boiler was fixed, no mess let no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend using this company and it’s a pleasure to speak with the office team.
I had Stuart from James Hay out yesterday to fix my cistern. It wasn't an easy job with limited access & older parts. Stuart was great - polite & efficient. He said one way or another he'd get it fixed and he did. Great service from a local firm.
Great company, had a trusted trade plumber out to our cistern over a year ago, granted he done a repair on our toilet cistern but told us that spares could not be found for our cistern, cistern would have to be replaced. James Hay was working for a neighbour of ours, he said they were great, gave them a call, few days later Stuart arrived at our house, looked at our cistern and confirmed that he had all new replacement parts on his van. Our cistern is now like new with all new parts in it, he even put a push button on it, our grandson can now flush the toilet no problem. Too marks and 5 stars to Stuart and James Hay, as I type this I am just going to phone James Hay again to see about a new boiler. Thank you again. Johnny Rogerson
I called as had a burst radiator and boiler had blown. James attended quickly and assessed the situation. New boiler and radiator fitted the next day at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
