Called Michael with a boiler problem on Monday, reviewed the same day and replaced on Friday at a very fair price. A very efficient and friendly service. Hard to find reliable tradesman these days. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Absolute star. Our heating went wrong and left us with half the house without heat. Michael responded really quickly and even did the job that weekend. Competitive prices and talked us through the options really clearly. He was quick, responsive and helped trouble-shoot afterwards. Definitely one of those people you keep in your phone contacts for the future.
Oh my.. just love it when you need a tradesman and stumble across such a good one.., had a thermostat on the boiler replaced - the one the last engineer installed was as tricksy as they come.. called MM heating and Micheal actually answered his phone (most don’t!).. came round a few hours later and replaced it with something I can actually work.. this dude was ace .. def recommend 🔥
Michael has done several "small jobs" around our house and we were always satisfied. We therefore asked him to change our heating system when we moved house. It was a 2 day job. I wish all tradesman were like him as really uncommon nowadays. Did a great job, everything was finished to a high standard. He has excellent communication skills and is really punctual. Some minor unexpected issues cropped up but he was back out to us the next day and didn't leave until everything was sorted out perfect. You can tell he's someone who takes pride in his job. No doubt I will ask him to sort us out anytime we need something to do with plumbing and heating.
26/9/24 Got Michael back for a boiler service and to fit a thermostatic valve on a radiator, always a top tier job and has gone a long way towards restoring my faith in Stirling tradesmen. Can't speak highly enough of Michael, he came at short notice to fix a boiler drip, serviced it and fixed a botched shower installation for good measure. He was friendly, entertaining and has restored my faith in Central Scotland plumbers, would definitely recommend.
