What a lovely bunch of people Paul, Jamie and his lovely wife where exceptionally helpful when I visited there premises yesterday looking for help with an old lock and the keys had been lost. For their knowledge was impressive, naming the lock from just looking at it, no longer manufactured but Jamie managed to put his hands on one that was a direct replacement. I was expecting major drama trying to source a replacement but no, done in less than an hour. I will most certainly recommend AL Security to all my friends and colleagues from now on. Quick, simple, and straightforward. I phoned on a Sunday, and they came the next day for a free call-out. We guessed a gearbox failure, expecting £130 + other parts + labour cost (guessing £250). They told us it was just the handle, said it was a small job, and said we could do it if we liked, but if they did it, it would cost around £30 for the parts and £66 for labour plus VAT, quoting £110-120. The final price was £115, and they were clear, transparent, and upfront about it all, taking less than 20 minutes overall across two visits.
