This is a pathetic excuse for a solicitors practice , firstly I presume they are university educated the level of bad English/grammar in my initial email was a cause for concern however set the tone for the rest of my experience. I was dealt with by a guy called les or wes or something similar who when I spoke to him on the phone stuttered a load of pish in my ear that was nothing to do with what I needed, I highly recommend not using these charlatans very misleading and divisive

Marc Quinn at Kerr Stirling has been very efficient and helpful over the last year dealing with a family estate and further family law requests. Always polite, friendly, efficient and timely. We found the service from Margaret absolutely outstanding! She was so professional and knowledgeable regarding the conveyancing processes in Scotland. She also dealt flawlessly with our solicitor in Wales, which ensured we were actually able to sell and buy in the same day! Would also give this outfit zero stars if it was possible. This is the second time I've had the misfortune of having to deal with this outfit. They are extremely poor professionally, behaviourally and in communications. Their communication is matched by their manners, i.e. difficult and often non-existent. For example, we sat for about an hour in reception and witnessed a quite unbelievable disregard for both our and other customer needs. The behaviours of their staff (from reception upwards) that we have experienced are privileged, patronising and petty. They attempted (and failed) to take the gloss off the purchase of our son's (first) home - which will surely resonate with a lot of people. Well worth a look elsewhere for these services as there are plenty of alternatives.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kerr Stirling Solicitors, specifically Margaret, while submitting a formal offer on a property. Although my offer was not accepted, I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication Margaret demonstrated throughout the process. She guided me through every step with clarity and efficiency, making the experience seamless and stress-free.
