Poor experience. Contacted and was told they could visit the next week. Sent details and photos of the broken motor so they could order it to install on the visit. Never heard back. No replies to any contact. Disappointing.
Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! Had a fantastic experience with Howdens, who came to replace our old bath with a new walk-in shower. Great service and couldn’t be happier with the result – would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done!
Could not get a better job done - finished to perfection and so tidy, polite, careful and considerate. We have used Gavin (first - 3 times) and now Ross (2 times) for major structural alterations, plus other smaller jobs many times over the 29 years we have known them and we will not go elsewhere.
