i have received a poor service from denis o Brown and their representative last years renewal was 8 weeks past renewal before conformation on the premium due was known. it was then stuck on a credit agreement which i did not ask for which added £175 to the inflated premium. this year is looking like the same is likely to occur. Wish i had never left the NFU .
