Golden Tree Estates were fantastic! Pippa in particular was a total star and helped me find a flat for my mum and sister moving back up to Scotland from England. The application process prior to this with another agency was hard and frustrating and we worried they wouldn't get anywhere to live (it was so stressful). But luckily we saw a place offered by Golden Tree, the best we'd seen, and Pippa made the whole application process easy, but also crazy fast (thankfully). I can't be more grateful to Pippa for being kind, thoughtful, efficient, clear, transparent and flexible. After speaking to almost a dozen agents in the area who were none of these things, thank goodness for Pippa and the agency.
