I recently sold both my dad’s house and my mum’s house through Halliday Homes, after losing each of them. Both sales came with their own challenges due to the age of the properties. It was also an emotional journey for me due to the circumstances. Grant, Marie, and the entire team were exceptional throughout. Their professional, pragmatic approach made a difficult time so much easier to navigate. Over the course of both sales, I think I met practically everyone in the office, and without exception they were knowledgeable about the market, positive in their approach, and full of great advice. Marie and the team have been a huge support throughout the sale of my family home of 49 years after my dad's passing. The whole team were so kind and patient while probate was in completion and then house sale could go ahead. Recently bought & sold via Halliday Bridge of Allan. Grant came out to value our house, really great guy, professional & easy to talk to. Marie & girls in office handled our sale & dealt with purchase of new house - a real tonic to find such approachable & honest people who treat you like a friend! Our Spaniel especially likes a visit to the shop in B.O.A for treats & attention!! Overall a great experience & would HIGHLY recommend - it's a '10' from me!!
