From the minute I met with Mike who talked me through the selling process I knew this was the company I wanted to use to sell my home . Then I met with lorna and Yvonne the face of the stirling office and omg they are so professional but approachable and very knowledgeable about everything I needed to do. I would highly recommend anyone to use property bureau stirling.
Staff were incredibly helpful and quick to reply. Lorna in the Property Bureau office was especially accommodating and made everything very simple for us :) The welcome box we were given upon picking up our keys was very appreciated!
My husband and I had rented from Property Bureau last year and met Lorna Donald and Yvonne Davies, the lovely ladies who are the faces of Property Bureau in Stirling. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights. This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office. We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.
They really made everything simple, all I did was just informed them about my requirements and location where I am interested. They just replied me that they will come back and yes they came back with good rented apartment where all my requirements were met. I've rented with Property Bureau for over 2 years with 2 different properties. They're great - any problems are sorted asap. Definitely a personal touch, big shout out to Yvonne who has been great over the years! The whole team are lovely and efficient, and make the process of renting smooth and easy! Highly recommend.
