Your Move Estate Agents Stirling

Earlier this year I rented out a flat using Your Move. Due to circumstances outwith my control I only lived there for 3 months so had quite a short tenancy. Upon moving out, I felt like I was penalised for not staying longer by being charged over £400 in garden work, despite having work done to it before I left, and being charged over £300 for small holes the wall when I was told I could put items on the wall as long as holes were filled in before I left, which I did. Even though Your Move would respond to me quickly I felt like I would not receive what I asked for. As they were charging me lots of money I asked for an itemised list of exactly what needed done and how much it would cost. I only received the estimates of overall jobs that did not include a breakdown of the work. The wording used in emails would often seem blunt. Overall I would not use them again as a letting agent and did not have a great experience.

My daughter was looking to rent her first flat in Stirling and had been in contact with Your Move. I have to say that Jacquie went above and beyond throughout the process of finding the right property. Right from first meeting, Jacquie came across as a warm, friendly and professional person. Her communication was excellent and she was always available to answer any queries or questions we had. Nothing seemed to be too much bother. Jacquie really helped to make the process as smooth as possible and my daughter and I are both really grateful to her for everything she did.

Your Move was my letting agent when I moved in January 2024 from Edinburgh to Stirling. A very positive experience, all went well. I left the flat in March 2026 and was assisted by Jacquie Shields, Your Move Stirling. Jacquie was a great help and support throughout the process of leaving my rented flat! Accurate information and kind phone calls to update on the various steps to follow - a highly professional handling and attitude from start to finish. It was almost a pleasure to leave the place... Probably not exactly the right thing to say because I loved my time at 42 Annfield Gardens in Stirling. I’d definitely recommend using Your Move if you’re thinking about selling your property. George kept me well informed throughout the process, updating me on interest in the property, arranging viewings and giving feedback from potential buyers, as he personally handled the viewings himself. Victoria in the office was also very helpful and always quick to assist whenever needed. I chose Your Move mainly because their office is conveniently based in town, which made things easier for me. Communication was always straightforward and any calls or questions I had were dealt with quickly and professionally.

We've been letting with Your Move for 6 years now. Over that time with have had an overall positive experience. They are especially good in a crisis, which very much reduces the stress of being a Landlord. We once had a leak from an upstairs flat which required the whole kitchen ceiling needing to be replaced, and the walls replastered. As you can imagine it was stressful for the tenants, and we felt helpless. Victoria handled it all in her stride. Then came the event where a great tenant for 3 years fell into hardship and was unable to pay his rent. The rent protection team started to pay out without us having to do anything at all. It was all handled by Your Move. Jacque is the newest passionate member of the letting team bringing with her years of previous experience. Shes been amazing throughout what would have been a very challenging time for us had we decided to self manage. She really gives you peace of mind that everything that needs taking care of will be, and shes proved this several times already. Would highly recommend Yourmove stirling.
