Stephen did a great job of selling our house, and has a strong understanding of the Stirling market; we accepted an offer a week after the house went to market. Very professional service selling my property. The base price was good value. The sale was well handled and sold quickly. Staff were excellent to deal with and explained things clearly as the sale progressed. Viewings were shared between myself and the agents and were carried out sympathetically and professionally. Approximately £2400 in total including legal costs to sell a property valued at £127k. Don’t know how that compares but I was very happy with the service provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Stirling office of Aberdein Considine to others.
I originally looked up this group of solicitors for conveyancing of a house in Stirlingshire. The reviews were good and received a quote that was about the going rate.
