I had never had to sell a house and when i initially called her to be honest the presentation she gave won me over. I dealt with her and only her as she promised. Her communication was excellent and consistent. I had to meet her in person several times, and I feel she really explained everything well and in plain English as I had wished for. I had some issues with the estate agent and she did try to help. I feel that Laura was extremely professional and though the selling part was stressful she did make the legal side much easier. I would highly recommend Laura and this company as it was affordable, I felt I got a service valuable to what I had paid for and excellent customer care, I also found her to be very empathetic and helpful in every way and extremely knowledgeable and understanding.
