I recently had my intruder alarm system taken over by Central Alarms after moving from my previous provider, and the whole experience was excellent. The engineers were extremely helpful and professional, making the transition smooth and completely stress-free. They explained everything clearly and made sure the system was fully operational before they left. I’m really impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Central Alarms to anyone considering switching alarm providers.
Central Alarms installed my new alarm and CCTV and I was very impressed with them. Shortly after, I needed some things adjusted having had some building work done, and they were very quick to respond and carry these out. Very friendly and professional company – I would 100% recommend.
Central installed our alarm and CCTV system in 2023. So far, so good. However, since the install the ongoing help and service has been non-existent. The company does not respond or communicate and refuses to come out to carry out routine annual maintenance. This has left us without alarm coverage. I wish we had remained with our previous supplier CSS as at least they take customer service and their responsibilities to customers seriously.
These guys are the best! Had a CCTV and alarm system fitted and we are absolutely delighted with the service. 👍
