Our experience of Central Renewables has been extremely positive. At every stage of the process they were friendly and helpful and we did not at any time feel that we were being pushed into a decision. Alec discussed our options and we are very happy to have gone with his recommendations. The work was carried out when they said it would be and for the price quoted - it is an extremely neat and professional installation. After-care has been good and the system is working well. I wish every company that we deal with was as trustworthy and reliable.

I cannot thank and praise Brian and Alex enough following the work they did in my home. Finding a solar/battery installer you can trust is a big deal, so I was relieved to find Central Renewables. It’s rare to find such diligence and attention to detail, and I was delighted with the way they dealt with my installation. From initial consultation through to the finishing touches, they did a fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble. I had a few issues with my internet connection which meant I couldn’t use the app properly. They investigated the issue and came back 3 times until it was all resolved and made sure it was working well and I was happy with it. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding from when we first got in touch with Brian to follow up after the installation by Alex. Knowledgeable, very open and very high standard of workmanship. Everything inside the house has been done to keep the installation hidden. Very neat work on the roof. All the software set up for us. After asking for a price for solar panels and what size I should get, Central Renewables were very open about how I should do it, suggesting the best size, and possible tariffs. They also advised me on where to best get the money for it. As the cheaper option using a better make of battery, I chose them to do it and they were very helpful, going by a time for the job that was suitable for me and doing the job on time. Even since then they have been very helpful, helping to make sure the import and export rates are set to their best option and re-connecting it when my telecom contractor changed. Very helpful throughout.

Brian and Alex did an excellent job from start to finish on our solar and battery installation. They have great attention to detail, expert level knowledge and they are reliable and trustworthy. They turned up when they said they would and communicated clearly throughout. I’ve already recommended them to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.
