E.p.d Window & Door Repairs

My conservatory door was locked shut and I needed someone with experience to fix the issue - as i didn’t want to make the situation worse! I came across E.P.D as a local expert in window and door repairs and cannot fault their prompt response to my call. Ray was brilliant in diagnosing the issue with the door and was quick to fix it, literally within about a couple of hours of me phoning. We had an attempted break in while we were on holiday and the locks on our patio doors had been broken. Ray came straight out in about an hour on Friday morning, made the doors safe and ordered new, much better locks for us. These were delivered and fitted by the following Tuesday morning. Ray is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and his charge very reasonable. Outstanding service and I can't recommend Ray highly enough. Thank you Ray.

Had Ray out twice to our house now. Both times with very little notice. Called today at 10:03 and the Ray arrived and had the job finished by 10:50. Great service and very fairly priced too. Would definitely recommend to friends or family and to anyone who reads this. Thanks again.

We recently moved into a house that needs lots of t.l.c. We thought the windows and front door were long past their sell by dates but Ray worked his magic! He fixed hinges, put in new handles and rehung the door. Brilliant work. Ray arrived promptly and was very respectful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Ray and would use his skills again in a heartbeat!

Ray came out to fix my front door, that wouldn't lock properly. He arrived promptly & was personable and courteous. He fixed the door & explained the issue clearly to me. As I was so happy with this service, I took the opportunity to ask Ray for advice on my windows & patio door, as my first winter in my new home was very cold with a draft coming in all the windows & a gap in my patio doors, where the door itself wasn't meeting the frame of the door, causing a draft. Ray inspected these & confirmed that all windows & doors needed adjusting, again showing me the roots of the issues. He returned the following week at the agreed day & time, servicing all the windows & external doors in my home & also fixed the gap in my patio door. In addition, he also kindly corrected the sealant outside one of the windows, which caused a small damp patch to a wall inside my home. I already have a reduction of outside noise in my living room. I'm winter ready & delighted to recommend Ray.
