⚠️SCAM service, be advised! the practice works as follows: they promise a free check, but will ask [80 euro] on the spot. then you will receive a quota for repair that is significantly over market prices, forcing you to get their service since you’ve already paid the massive fee up front. their technicians are unreliable and arrive late. best to be avoided!
Miguel did a great job. Great service, friendly people
The technician did not find the fault why Freon was depleted.- faulty copper lines- he just added more Freon to the system , which all leaked out fright away. And charged us near €250 for nothing. And on call back did not come out to check it out - terrible service - no good.
Avoid swindlers. Ask a service for morning, the plumber came at 16 in the afternoon, when we don't need service anymore, asking for money without any work done. Asking for money, because he came. Rude, disrespectful. We had to pay for him 80€ for him because he would not leave the house. Not you? The plumber who came is in your pictures.
DISHONEST ,THIEF enterprise ! One of technician ask me while he was spraying something on the filters of the air conditioning if I like a fragrance didn't even had time to answer that it did and I was charge 50 euro then a total of 520 euros for putting gas to the machine !!!!! Just to come to your house without doing anything cost 100 euros that they informed you before but you certainly don' t expect them to stay 30mn , 2 guys, not changing any part, putting gas , spray the filter for a total of 520 euro...
