I called because my water heater was leaking, and they came to fix it the same day. A few days later, I noticed a few drops and called them again in case something was loose. But when they came back to check, there were no more leaks because the gasket had tightened with use. Very professional; I recommend them.
I found them online, as our trusted technician wasn't available at the time. The problem with the boiler was that it would work fine, but after a short time, both the hot water and heating would fail. According to the €400 bill, they replaced the ionizer probe, the temperature sensor, and the limiter. The boiler continued to do exactly the same thing. I repeat, according to them, they replaced the aforementioned sensors. I prefer to think the best and believe they simply don't know what they're doing. First and last time...
Happy with the service. I contacted them because my washing machine, which is quite old, was making a lot of noise. Since it's still working fine and we couldn't afford to replace it right now, they replaced some parts so I could continue using it without any noise. They always told me what they would charge, and it was my decision to accept the quote. I would contact them again if I have any other unforeseen issues with an appliance.
We contacted Sanso Technical Service because our gas stove wasn't working properly: one burner was broken and the others had very little gas output. They came to perform the maintenance and the result was impeccable. Not only did they fix what wasn't working, but they also cleaned all the burners, leaving it practically like new. During the repair, one of the controls broke due to a mistake on their part, but without us having to say anything, they replaced it at no additional cost. A gesture that demonstrates their professionalism and commitment to their customers. Furthermore, their prices are highly recommended for the service they offer. Excellent work, attentive and responsible. Totally recommendable!
