This was by far the fastest and most efficient service I have ever experienced. I was genuinely surprised to see that such an outstanding level of service is possible in Spain. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon to renew my cédula de habitabilidad. Within minutes, they replied and scheduled an architect’s visit for Monday. The architect arrived exactly on time, without any delay. All the required documentation was prepared promptly, I made the payment on Tuesday, and by Friday I had already received my new cédula. The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend their services!
