Very happy with the bathroom renovation. Nacho is very attentive, offers great ideas, and his team is punctual and works on schedule. They are reliable and professional. We'll definitely use them again when I've saved up for the kitchen renovation. The project was in Santa Coloma de Gramenet.

Terrible customer service. We agreed to work with them, and everything was fine until we received an answer to our simple question of whether we could start the work on a specific date. They told us that "the work can't start on the day you want," "we can't have the workers at home because it suits you to start on a certain day," and other nonsensical phrases in all caps. When we explained that we were simply asking, they continued: "I'll say it again, if that works for you, perfect, if not, no problem. There are plenty of other companies out there." It seems they don't care about losing a client because they're very busy, but I find it outrageous to pay a fortune only to be treated like that when trying to resolve a simple question.

I requested a complete renovation of an apartment I bought in the Sants neighborhood. After getting several quotes from different companies, I chose Nacho. It was the best decision I could have made. They were incredibly helpful and offered advice to make the apartment exactly how I wanted it. They are incredibly friendly and professional. Now that we're living in the apartment, we can see that the finishes are top-notch. I would definitely recommend A Barcelona Reformas for any type of renovation.
