Kiril’s team did a great job on our bathroom renovation. It wasn’t straight forward as were in a very old building but his guys were able to find solutions within budget that really improved the apartment as a whole.

I have just finalized first part of renovation with that company. We did about 60 m2, wall demolition, change of heating, electricity, ceilings, floors, windows, balcony step demolition, wardrobe installation in the corridor, totally new kitchen, modern LED lights everywhere etc. We had a VERY tight schedule as we had no place to live and the whole project was delivered in exactly 2 months as agreed (although there were serious issues not related to the work of the team, but due to errors of 3rd parties the project was still finalized exactly as agreed). The work was CLEAN (outside and inside)! No complains from neighbors regarding noise, dust, elevator was protected up till the ceiling etc. Quality of work is outstanding! I had full trust in work of the team. I did not have to check on them. All changes were agreed in advance, in areas where I was responsible and by some reason was not experienced enough (some shops were trying to have advantage of this), the manager of the company was contacting me immediately and saying that he has noticed some strange data/cost/material and he would recommend to cross check. And in all cases he was right and this saved me some nerves, time and money. The Budget estimation that I have received was quite accurate so I got what I have asked for and in amount I was ready to pay. All extra works were my own initiative. We plan on doing a second part of the flat in near future, so I have not a single doubt with whom I will work! The best team in Barcelona!
